The manual labor required for conventional brickmaking operations was intensive, and the younger workforce was reluctant to take on such physically demanding roles. We needed a solution that would minimize our dependence on manual labor while maintaining consistent output. Energy Costs. Belarusian energy prices were climbing, and traditional brickmaking equipment was notoriously power-hungry. We couldn't afford to build a plant that would bleed money on electricity bills before we even turned a profit. Production Inefficiency. The brickmaking machines available in our local market were outdated—slow cycle times, frequent breakdowns, and inconsistent product quality. We needed equipment that could produce a wide variety of concrete products—standard blocks, hollow bricks, paving stones, and interlocking tiles—with consistent quality to meet diverse market demands

The QT18-15 is equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system that manages everything from raw material batching to product curing. The machine features a servo hydraulic and servo vibration system with a vibration force of up to 220kN, plus an automatic sub-mother vehicle pre-curing system that enables fully automated operation. This dramatically increased our production efficiency while reducing the need for manual intervention. Unmatched Productivity. The QT18-15 has a forming cycle of just 15–20 seconds. In a single 8-hour shift, we can produce between 22,500 and 30,000 bricks. For standard bricks, the machine achieves an output of 15,000 bricks per hour. This capacity has allowed us to keep pace with—and even exceed—the growing demand in the Belarusian construction market. Energy Efficiency. One of the most impressive features of the QT18-15 is its advanced servo motor technology. The efficient servo control system minimizes unnecessary power loss, delivering outstanding energy savings during continuous production. We've achieved approximately 35% lower energy consumption compared to conventional brickmaking machines—a figure that has made a tangible difference to our bottom line. Exceptional Build Quality. The machine is constructed from high-grade Q235B steel, ensuring durability and long-term reliability. The molds are designed with precise line cutting technology and carburizing treatment, extending mold life to over 100,000 cycles while increasing the precision of the blocks produced. The hydraulic pressure molding system gives our bricks superior density, higher strength, and better overall quality. Versatility. By simply changing molds, we can produce solid blocks, hollow blocks, pavers, and curbstones. This flexibility has allowed us to diversify our product offering and capture multiple market segments without additional capital investment.
