At the heart of the QT4-24 is a dual-motor vibration system — two 5.5 kW bottom vibration motors paired with a 3 kW top mold vibration motor — generating 35.5 kN of excitation force at 4,200 rpm. This table-mold synchronous vibration technology ensures that concrete is fully liquefied and compacted within seconds, producing blocks with uniform density, precise dimensions, and compressive strength suitable for load-bearing walls.
Unlike fully manual machines that demand heavy physical labor, the QT4-24 features electric mold sliding and automatic material feeding, completing the material distribution cycle in a single pass.
