Dongyue Machinery Group signed a batch purchase agreement with an Abidjan-based construction supplier for multiple QT4-24 semi-automatic block making machines, marking the company's first multi-unit order from Côte d'Ivoire.

The client supplies hollow blocks and pavers to housing projects across greater Abidjan and Yamoussoukro. Their existing manual presses averaged 40 seconds per block with inconsistent density. The QT4-24 runs a 20-to-24-second molding cycle at 13.45 kW total power, producing 2,880 to 3,600 standard hollow blocks per 8-hour shift.

The initial order covers five units with JD350 mixers, 6-meter conveyors, and mold sets for three product types. Each 20GP container ships two complete lines — a packing density the client found cost-effective for West African freight rates.

Africa accounts for 73% of QT4-24 sales globally. Dongyue has shipped this model to Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. The Côte d'Ivoire deal opens a sixth West African market.

First shipment departs Qingdao Port in February 2025.
