For making 400*200*200 (8-inch hollow blocks), output varies by model: 2,000–3,000 (small) / 5,000–15,000 (medium) / 20,000–35,000 (high) blocks per day. We’ll match your target.

2 What raw materials work with it?

Concrete, fly ash, sand, stone powder, etc. We adjust parameters for local materials.

3 What’s the energy cost per unit?

5–10 kWh per 1,000 blocks. We’ll share a detailed cost estimate for your machine model.

4 What block types/sizes can it make?

Standard blocks (hollow / solid / paving) plus custom molds for your dimensions. We can send you block samples.

5 How many operators & what’s in training?

4–5 (small) / 6–7 (large) staff. Training covers operation, maintenance and safety.

6 Is shipping included in the quote?

Shipping (by size/address) isn’t included; we can bundle it with installation if needed.

7 Can the machine work outdoors?

Yes, with waterproof covers (we can provide matching protective parts).

8 What payment terms do you offer?

Typical: 30% deposit, 70% before delivery; flexible for long-term clients.

9 Are spare parts covered in the 12-month warranty?

Free for faulty parts (excluding wear from improper use).
