Dongyue & MB Company Sign AAC Line Deal in Kyrgyzstan 2025

BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan — Dec. 22, 2025 — Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a strategic agreement with Kyrgyzstan's MB Company to build a 4.8-meter fully automatic autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block production

line — Dongyue's first turnkey AAC project in the country and a clear signal that Central Asia is now on the company's front burner.

The line will run on Dongyue's new-generation DY4.8 automatic block production equipment, paired with the company's in-house intelligent control system. Where older plants lean on operators watching gauges, this

one runs the full chain — batching, casting, cutting, autoclaving, cubing — under software that holds casting density and autoclave curves inside a tight window. That is what keeps block quality steady from the first

pallet to the ten-thousandth.

The point is not the robotics for its own sake. MB Company has been importing blocks to meet local demand; bringing production onshore means steadier supply and less exposure to cross-border price swings.

Dongyue's side of the bargain is to cut the line's reliance on manual labor and smooth out the output variance that plagues smaller setups — the same automation logic that let Dongyue's AAC line absorb Germany's

Katzbeton engineering back in 2013.

Neither side would call it a small deal. "We looked at European suppliers first," a MB Company representative noted after the signing. "Dongyue gave us the German-derived cutting tolerance at a price the local

market can actually carry."

Next steps: Dongyue's engineering team begins line design confirmation in January, with equipment manufacturing and on-site installation to follow through 2026.
