Recently, Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with RAY Group, under which the two parties will jointly develop an automated autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production line project. RAY Group, headquartered in eastern Uzbekistan, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating property development, construction, and interior finishing. The project is located at the border area between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Upon completion, it will effectively serve the AAC product markets in eastern Uzbekistan and western Kyrgyzstan.

The project adopts Dongyue's new-generation DY4.8 fully automatic block making production line, which integrates multiple intelligent systems:

• Intelligent Cutting System: Equipped with automatic wire adjustment, broken wire monitoring, and automatic waste cleaning functions.

• Fully Automatic Packaging System: Compatible with both 1.2×1.2 m and 1.2×1.0 m pallet specifications, enabling flexible packaging operations.

• Energy-Saving Mixing System: Through programmed control and real-time monitoring, it achieves energy-efficient mixing, reducing daily electricity consumption by up to 50% compared to conventional systems.

The entire production line operates in a fully automatic mode, requiring only 4 operators at key sections to ensure efficient operation, significantly reducing labour costs and management complexity, while guaranteeing rapid commissioning and immediate full-capacity production.

To date, Dongyue Machinery has successfully advanced more than ten ongoing projects in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, with a steadily expanding regional footprint.
