Market context: Mexico's construction surge and the paver boom (2023) From 2022–2023, Mexico's construction sector accelerated on the back of nearshoring — new industrial parks, warehouses, and housing around Monterrey and the northern border belt. At the same time, demand for concrete paver bricks (adocreto) kept climbing for parking, walkways, and landscaping, while builders pushed for faster delivery and certified quality. Producers who could supply both structural hollow blocks and consistent colored pavers locally held a clear advantage. Core pain points before the upgrade Capacity ceiling. Our older semi-automatic line could not meet the sudden jump in orders from industrial and residential projects during the 2023 nearshoring boom. Labor dependence. A 12-person crew per shift was hard to staff as wages rose, and skilled operators were scarce in the competitive Monterrey market. No local paver capability. We bought colored pavers from distant suppliers, adding freight cost, lead time, and color-inconsistency risk on large jobs. Quality variability. Manual feeding produced hollow blocks with dimensional drift and pavers with uneven color — rejects were common on strict-spec contracts. We needed one automated line that could deliver high-volume hollow blocks and consistent colored pavers, with fewer operators and reliable uptime.

The face-mix device produces consistent colored pavers on the same line — we stopped buying from distant suppliers and controlled color and lead time. Automation & labor savings. Automatic feeding, molding, and palletizing cut our crew from 12 to 4 per shift. Consistent quality. Up to 100 t pressing force with table-mold synchronous vibration delivers dense, dimensionally accurate blocks and even-colored pavers — rejects dropped sharply.
