Dongyue Machinery Group Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of its QT10-15 fully automatic block production line for a Baku-based building-materials producer. Delivered as a turnkey automated plant, the QT10-15 brings high-capacity hollow-block and solid-brick manufacturing to a client serving Azerbaijan's active construction and housing market. 1. The Client: A Baku-Based Building-Materials Producer The client is a Baku-based building-materials producer supplying concrete products to contractors and developers in Azerbaijan's capital region and beyond. [Replace with the client's actual company name before publishing.] Entering the late 2010s, Azerbaijan's construction sector remained buoyant: sustained urban renewal in Baku, expanding residential and commercial projects, and a long-term economic-diversification agenda that kept infrastructure and housing investment flowing. For a local producer, the logic was clear — replace imported or manually-made blocks with a high-volume, automated local line that could guarantee supply, quality, and cost control in a growing market. Local-for-local supply. The client sought to meet rising domestic demand with its own capacity rather than relying on inconsistent imports or small manual workshops. Quality for a premium market. Baku's urban-renewal and commercial projects demand consistent dimensional accuracy and strength — a manual line could not reliably deliver at the required volume. Labor efficiency. With skilled-machine operators scarce, the client prioritized an automated line that runs with a small, lightly-skilled crew.
The Solution: Dongyue QT10-15 Fully Automatic Block Line After technical evaluation, the client selected the QT10-15 — one of Dongyue's proven, high-output automatic models in the QT series. The QT10-15 combines table-mold synchronous vibration, a 100-ton pressing structure, and intelligent PLC + HMI control to hold tight dimensional and strength tolerances at volume. It produces hollow blocks, solid bricks, and — with the optional face-mix device — colored paving stones, all on one line by changing molds. Dongyue's engineering team supervised installation and commissioning on site and trained the client's operators and maintenance staff. Russian-language documentation and a remote-diagnostics-capable control system support the client's long-term, unattended operation in the Caucasus market.
"We bought the QT4-24 in 2013 to stop depending on imported blocks and to build a local supply for Brazzaville's housing and road works. More than thirteen years on, the same line still makes our hollow blocks and standard bricks every day — on very little power. It has been one of the most reliable investments we ever made." — M. Jean
