Before the upgrade, the company faced four constraints that capped its growth:
Inconsistent supply. Hollow blocks, bricks and paving stones were sourced partly from traditional small yards and partly from imports; quality, lead times and freight costs varied with each channel.
No controlled local capacity. Without its own line, the firm could not reliably meet the dimensional and color tolerances demanded by larger housing, industrial-park and municipal projects.
No in-house decorative product. Colored paving stones had to be resold from third parties — a thin-margin line the firm could never manufacture to its own spec.
Volume ceiling. Manual and small-yard block-making capped daily output; the firm was turning away orders during peak building season.
The operator needed an automatic line that could make multiple brick types on one machine, add in-house colored pavers via face-mix, run on a lean crew, and come with responsive regional support for a fast-growing Southeast Asian market.
After a supplier review in 2015, the producer selected the QT10-15 — Dongyue's high-output automatic block machine built on table-mold synchronous vibration with PLC and HMI control, and equipped with a face-mix (color layer) device for colored paving bricks. The QT10-15 produces hollow blocks, porous bricks, standard bricks and colored paving stones on one line by changing molds. Dongyue handled pre-shipment FAT, on-site installation and commissioning in January 2015, operator training, and a spare-parts kit to keep the line running with minimal overseas dependency.

Localized, scaled supply. In-house hollow blocks, standard bricks and colored pavers replaced mixed imported and small-yard sourcing; lead times and quality variance fell sharply.
One machine, multiple products — including decorative. The face-mix device lets the client produce its own colored paving bricks, moving from thin-margin reseller to on-spec manufacturer.
Controlled quality at volume. Table-mold synchronous vibration and PLC + HMI control hold tight dimensional and color tolerances that larger housing and municipal projects specify.
Lean crew. Full automation runs the line on a smaller team, reducing labor intensity versus manual block-making.
