MOSCOW, Russia — April 3, 2025 — Dongyue Machinery joined the first China-Russia Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Technology Seminar at Moscow University of Science and Technology as an invited sponsor, delivering a keynote on fitting China’s advanced AAC industrial technology to the Russian market.

The seminar centered on technical exchange and industrial cooperation between the two countries in the AAC sector. Russian construction market research points to green building material demand rising 15% in 2025 — and Russia is one of the world’s largest building markets. Dongyue’s export approach is built to match that demand: production line scale, raw material use, and intelligent control can each be configured for different market volumes, regions, and material costs, giving Russia and its neighbors a complete equipment-and-service package.

Jia Leting, Deputy Director of Dongyue’s International Marketing Center, walked the audience through the company’s strengths in AAC process design, equipment design, and equipment structure — leading on automation, intelligence, energy efficiency, throughput, maintainability, and low consumption.

Dongyue entered the Russian market in 2012. Its machines now run in the Far East, along the Black Sea, and across Central Siberia. Over the years the company has organized and joined China-Russia AAC conferences and trade shows, promoting panel application systems, AAC plant EPC packages, and sharing technical standards between the two countries.

Russia is among the world’s largest AAC producers. In 2023 its AAC output reached about 32 million m³, roughly half of all walling materials. Bilateral trade backs the momentum: in the first 11 months of 2024, China-Russia trade hit USD 222.775 billion, up 2.1% year on year; Chinese exports to Russia reached USD 104.196 billion, up 4.0%. Two-way trade is projected to reach USD 260 billion by 2026.

“This seminar matters because it lets us put the steel next to the standard,” Jia said. “Not every Russian site runs on the same raw mix or the same grid. Our job is to make the line fit the place, not the other way around.”

Dongyue said it will keep pushing technical innovation and market expansion, and expects to work with more industry experts and enterprises to shape where AAC goes next — greener, and built to last.
