Country: Uzbekistan
Project name: Uzbekistan Client's QT6-15 Block Line
Block type: Hollow block \ interlock block etc
Introduction: A Tashkent producer commissioned one Dongyue QT6-15 fully automatic block line in September 2018. Nearly eight years on, it is still the backbone of their hollow-block and solid-brick output — a durability record worth telling.

Challenge

Market context: Uzbekistan's construction opening and local manufacturing drive (2018) By 2018, Uzbekistan's new reform agenda was unlocking construction demand — housing, commercial estates, and road works across Tashkent and the surrounding regions. With the country opening to foreign investment and infrastructure spending rising, local producers of concrete hollow blocks and solid bricks found a widening market. At the same time, the push for local manufacturing and import substitution made self-reliant, high-volume production more valuable than ever. Core pain points before the upgrade Capacity ceiling. Our older semi-automatic line could not scale to meet the 2018 surge in orders from Tashkent builders and road contractors. Labor dependence. A 10-person crew per shift was costly to staff and hard to keep consistent on quality, especially as the market heated up. Quality variability. Manual feeding produced hollow blocks with size drift and solid bricks with uneven strength — rejects chipped away at margin on stricter jobs. Limited product range. The old line handled one product well; shifting to solid bricks meant slow changeovers and lost days of output. We needed one automatic line that could raise output, cut the crew, hold tight quality, and switch between hollow blocks and solid bricks without long downtime.

Solution

After evaluating suppliers in 2018, we selected the QT6-15 — a medium-large fully automatic molding machine built for standardized production, able to run both hollow blocks and solid bricks on one line by changing molds. Why it fit our needs Scalable hollow-block output. 6 blocks per mold at 1,080 pcs/h cleared the 2018 order surge from Tashkent builders. Solid bricks on the same line. Swapping to the solid-brick mold gives 5,400 pcs/h — fast changeover, no lost production days. Automation & labor savings. Automatic feeding, molding, and palletizing cut our crew from 10 to 4 per shift. Consistent quality. 45 kN excitation with table vibration plus hydraulic pressure delivers dense, dimensionally accurate blocks and bricks — rejects fell sharply.
