(then operating as Shandong Dongyue Building Materials Machinery Co., Ltd., 山东东岳建材机械有限公司 — the company's predecessor) is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of a dual-line QT6-15 fully automatic block plant for a UAE building-materials producer. By integrating two QT6-15 lines into one shared facility, the client doubled its block output while using substantially less land and fewer operators than building two standalone plants. 1. The Client: A UAE Building-Materials Producer The client is a UAE-based building-materials producer supplying concrete masonry units to contractors and developers across the Emirates' fast-growing construction and real-estate markets. [Replace with the client's actual company name before publishing.] Through the mid-to-late 2000s, the United Arab Emirates was in the midst of one of the world's most intense construction booms — driven by urban expansion in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, large-scale real-estate and hospitality projects, and heavy public-infrastructure investment. For a local producer, the opportunity and the pressure were the same: meet surging demand for concrete blocks with reliable local capacity, rather than depending on imported or small manual supply. Scale for the boom. The client needed volume far beyond a single semi-automatic line to serve major project tenders. Land and cost discipline. Industrial land in the Emirates carried a premium; the client wanted maximum capacity per square metre of plant footprint. Workforce efficiency. With skilled machine operators in short supply, the client prioritized automation and a lean, centralized crew.
The Solution: Dual-Line Dongyue QT6-15 Design After technical evaluation, the client selected two QT6-15 fully automatic block lines integrated into a single, shared plant. Each QT6-15 combines table vibration with hydraulic pressure, a 45 kN excitation force, and PLC + HMI control to hold tight dimensional and strength tolerances at volume. Running two lines in one consolidated layout — sharing batching, control, and curing infrastructure — multiplies output while avoiding the duplication of a two-plant build-out. Dongyue's engineering team supervised the integrated dual-line layout, installation, and commissioning on site, and trained the client's operators and maintenance staff. English and Arabic documentation and a remote-diagnostics-capable control system support the client's long-term operation in the GCC market.
