ALMATY, Kazakhstan — Dec. 4, 2025 — Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a membership agreement with the Kazakhstan Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Producers Association (QazAACA) at ICCX Eurasia, 

held this week in Almaty, becoming an official member of the national industry body.

QazAACA executive director Vyatcheslav Lazarev signed the agreement on behalf of the association. The membership places Dongyue among a small group of foreign equipment suppliers recognized by Kazakhstan's

 AAC sector — a market where local producers are shifting from traditional clay brick to energy-efficient autoclaved concrete as building codes tighten and heating costs climb.

Dongyue's AAC line carries the engineering DNA of Germany's Katzbeton, which the company acquired in full back in 2013. That background is what the association's technical committee reviewed during due diligence e

arlier this year: cutting-machine tolerances, autoclave door seals, and the ±5 kg/m³ density-control logic that keeps block quality consistent batch to batch.

For Dongyue, the membership is less about a plaque on the wall and more about a direct line to the people specifying Kazakhstan's next plants. "We're not dropping steel into a black box," a company representative

 said after the signing. "Now we sit in the same room as the producers deciding what 'good AAC' means here."

The two sides agreed to open a technical-exchange channel covering equipment standards, local raw-material adaptation, and after-sales support. Dongyue will route Kazakhstan service through its existing Central 

Asia field team.
